Every tier is admitted the same way: application, interview, visit, decision. The tier changes how often you are here and what you can book — never how you were let in.

Team rooms

Lockable offices for three to eight people, on the back wall with their own entrance. Club membership is included for every seat in the room, so the team gets the building and the room gets the team.

Admission

Four steps, two to three weeks.

  1. The form

    Who you are, what you are building, what you are looking for and what you can offer. Ten minutes, no attachments.

  2. A conversation

    Thirty minutes with a member of the house team. We are checking fit both ways, not selling you a tour.

  3. A visit

    A working morning in the club as a guest. Use the silent room, take a call in a booth, have lunch at the bar.

  4. Decision

    Within a week of the visit. Accepted members are onboarded at the next intake; the answer is always given, either way.

The deposit

AED 2,500, refundable.

Taken on acceptance and held against the account. It is returned in full when a membership ends in good standing, or applied to the final month if you prefer.

It exists for one reason: a member who has something at stake treats the room, the bookings and the guest list differently.

For founding applicants, the deposit is also returned in full if the club does not proceed to opening. We would rather refund fifty people than open a room that isn’t ready.
